This a new fresh view of Operational KPI (Key Performance Indicators) which can be used to help manage your business faster and more effectively.
There are 4 user Personas based dashboards, using Widgets configured to represent the typical KPI's and areas of Agility9 that each one would use.
The Personas are:
• SSG_Mark: (Mark The Maintenance Manager)
• SSG_Kevin: (Kevin the Senior Engineer)
• SSG_Dave: (Dave the Shift Manager)
• SSG_Bob: (Bob the Store Manager)
Although these Dashboards are now configurable by the User rather than requiring updates by System Administrator, it does still require the System Administrator to create a User, including setting the relevant Persona, User Menu and Toolbar Navigation buttons.
Depending on what device you are viewing the Dashboards on will change the way this screen will look.
A Persona is made up from relevant Quick Links and Graphs. The following screenshots display the 4 standard Personas available.
