Closing quotations

 

To complete the process flow of the Quotation, all rejected or ordered quotations need to be closed.

 

Closing operation can be performed from the list of quotation screen by simply selecting the quotations which need to be closed and using “Close Quotations” menu option:

 

 

 

This action changes all the selected quotation statuses to “Closed” which completes the process.
