SLA in an acronym for Service Level Agreement and to use the information displayed on here requires some configuration of Work Order Priority values. Priorities are used to set “How Long” you have available to complete the job, but in addition you can also set:
• Response Target i.e. ideally how quickly the job is acknowledged
• Response Threshold i.e. the maximum amount of time there is to acknowledge the job
• Completion Threshold i.e. the maximum time before the job should be completed
If the above three values are configured, then the SLA tab will display meaningful information.
